Dr. Kuljic founded his Beverly, Massachusetts practice in 1999 with the desire of bringing the best in dental knowledge and skill to this small but thriving New England community. Dr. Kuljic graduated from the School of Dentistry at the University of Belgrade, Serbia. In 1996, he graduated from the the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.

In 2004, he completed the Straight Wire Seminars extended studies in orthodontics. It has helped him immensely in helping his patient’s breathe and sleep better as well as reconstructing the most challenging dental situations in our practice.

In 2011, Dr. Kuljic graduated from the “20/20 Oral Plastic Surgery” courses taught by renowned teacher, scholar and surgeon, Dr. Pat Allen. These courses enabled him to perform gum surgeries at the highest level.

As a disciple and graduate of the prestigious Kois Center ( www.koiscenter.com) – a didactic and clinical program for advancing esthetic, implant and restorative dentistry – Dr. Kuljic completed a ten-part clinical coursework program, passed oral and written examinations to become one of the Kois Center’s mentors in 2011.

In 2013, he and his wife, Dr Natasa Mandic-Kuljic established their second practice, Dentistry of Newburyport, in Newburyport, Massachusetts.

In 2020, he has become a Clinical Instructor at the Kois Center.

His latest achievement and point of professional attention is his graduation in The Airway Mini Residency in 2017: A three part didactic program focusing on overall wellness that is influenced by mouth, teeth and all of its soft tissue components which are all responsible for correct breathing and, consequently, sound and optimal sleep.

Dr Kuljic is a former Assistant Clinical Professor at the Department of Esthetic and Restorative Dentistry at Tufts School of Dental Medicine in Boston.

Outside of work, Dr. Kuljic enjoys spending time with his wife and four boys. He enjoys reading, long walks, photography and skiing.

Dr Mandic earned her Doctorate of Dental Medicine at the University of Pittsburg in 2002. She practiced dentistry the first three years of her career in Atlanta, GA. In 2005 she made the North Shore of Boston her permanent home when she married Dr Kuljic, becoming a wife and dental partner.

Dr Mandic is devoted to treating her patients as family and friends, making even the most hesitant patient feel at ease. She enjoys taking time to listen to her patient’s concerns, with the goal to create an individualized dental plan for every patient. Dr Mandic has always been dedicated to furthering her dental knowledge, attending courses both in dentistry and whole body wellness. By educating her patients to take care of their teeth, they are able to improve their overall health. Her recent success has been completing a four-year mini -residency program at the KOIS Center for Advanced Dental Learning in Seattle. Through this program Dr Mandic has expanded her skills in cosmetic dentistry, implants and treatment of TMJ dysfunction. Dr Mandic completed the Airway Mini-Residency in 2020 and became a Certified Myofunctional Therapist helping her recognize the relationship between jaw development in children and soft tissue abnormalities and dysfunctions. She is excited to share her knowledge and services with you and your family.

In her free time Dr Mandic enjoys spending time with her boys, travelling and cooking.

Children have always been a particular focus for Dr. Natasa, especially as she has continued to earnestly seek after the best practices to improve the lives of her patients. Over time Dr. Natasa recognized that many of her younger patients were often presenting as mouth breathers, tooth grinders, and tongue-thrusters. These symptoms led her to study and complete the Airway Mini Residency, thereby, giving her the ability to identify and address the causes of her patients symptoms.

Dr. Natasa is committed to helping her patients improve the quality of their lives. She firmly believes in treating the root causes of health problems rather than solely treating symptoms. She is a trained Myobrace educator and licensed Orofacial Myology Therapist. As she continues to help patients correct bad dental and lifestyle habits, she has found the study of airway dentistry to be particularly fascinating and rewarding. She is passionate about serving her patients and helping them breathe, sleep, and live well.

Joined our team in January 2006.  Marc graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 1992.  Upon completion of a one-year General Practice Residency at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, New York, he returned to the University of Pittsburgh to complete a three-year specialty residency in Periodontics.  

Marc has been in private practice in the Boston area since 1996 and specializes in treating gum disease (such as gum surgery) and performing implant surgery.  His skills will be a true asset allowing us to provide more complex care in the comfort of our office.  Marc enjoys golf and spending time with his wife and daughter.
